Position: Growth Executive

Location: HSR Layout Bangalore


Job Description:


As a Growth Executive at Grizmo Labs, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of business development within the tech industry. You will work alongside our experienced professionals to support strategic growth initiatives, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to our overall success.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Assist in developing targeted prospect lists and implementing outreach strategies.
  • Support the Business Development team in prospecting and initiating contact with potential clients through various channels.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and maintaining CRM records.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training workshops to enhance your skills and understanding of the tech industry.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in technology and innovation.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or tech-related fields is a plus but not required.
