We specialize in helping funded startups and MNCs achieve their growth goals through organic growth strategies, lead generation, content marketing, and improving CAC & ROAS. Our approach involves understanding the user, creating user personas based on research and data, and running dynamic campaigns on channels that target the desired audience. We believe in continuous testing and tweaking to ensure campaign success.

Clients Include: Decathlon, ICICI, Universal Robots, The New Indian Express, Cuemath, Avanse, Chalo, Goal Wise, Mudrex, Tata Communications, Vahan, RBL Bank, Faber Castell, Latent View, etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager (Organic) at Growth Hackers in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating and executing social media marketing campaigns, developing content strategies, and optimizing social media presence. The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for communication tasks and writing content.

Qualifications

- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills- Strong communication skills- Content Strategy skills- Excellent writing skills- Ability to create engaging and creative content- Experience with organic growth strategies- Experience with data analysis and insights- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices- Experience with branding and brand management- Proficiency in social media management tools- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
