Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our jewelry showroom team. You will provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their jewelry selections. You'll share product knowledge, and help maintain an inviting showroom atmosphere.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer engagement : Greet customers warmly and assess their needs, provide personalized services.
  • Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our jewelry collections, to effectively communicate features with the customers.
  • Sales Technique : Utilize effective selling techniques to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management : Assist in managing showroom inventory, including restocking displays.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to create a positive and supportive work atmosphere.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or other related field, or any graduate.
  • 0-2 years of sales experience.
  • Passion for jewelry and knowledge of the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
