About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
HR Intern
to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a freshly graduated
MBA (Batch 2024 – 2025)
candidate who is passionate about building a career in Human Resources, especially in Recruitment. The candidate should be proactive, willing to learn, and capable of handling HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes:
  • • Sourcing candidates
  • • Screening resumes
  • • Scheduling interviews
  • • Coordinating with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update the candidate database
  • Support HR team in onboarding new employees
  • Help in drafting offer letters, joining formalities, and other HR documentation
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR systems
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks
  • Participate in HR projects and training sessions as assigned

Preferred Qualification

  • MBA in Human Resources or related field (Batch 2024 – 2025 Fresh Graduate)
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to work on-site and commute to the office regularly
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
