Job Title: Business Development Manager / Educational Counselor

Location: Chandigarh

CECA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Development Manager / Educational Counselor to join our team in Punjab . In this role, you will play a key part in guiding individuals and families through educational opportunities, business development, and migration pathways, providing expert advice and support to help them achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development : Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and expand CECA's presence in the educational and migration sectors.
  • Provide professional counseling and advice to students and families regarding educational options, visa processes, and migration opportunities.
  • Assist students in selecting appropriate educational programs, institutions, and courses based on their interests, qualifications, and long-term goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, universities, migration consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in education and migration services, including changes in visa requirements and policies.
  • Guide students through various aspects of the application process, including documentation, admissions, scholarships, and visa procedures.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to assess their needs and provide tailored advice on educational pathways.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive records of student interactions, applications, and progress using CRM systems.
  • Identify new markets and opportunities for CECA's services and work on expanding the client base by developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Support business development goals by engaging in client outreach, handling inbound queries, and providing high-quality customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on B2B sales and sub-agent management .
  • Proven experience working within the education or migration sectors, with a deep understanding of the global landscape, migration processes, and visa requirements.
  • Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including sub-agents , educational institutions, and migration consultants.
  • Strong negotiation , communication , and relationship-building skills to manage both direct clients and sub-agent networks.
  • Experience using CRM systems , Microsoft Office Suite , and business development tools to drive and track performance.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong project management skills to handle multiple projects under pressure.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to grow and lead sub-agent teams effectively.
