Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic
Business Development Manager (BDM)
and
Commission-Based Sales Partner
to help us expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone with strong IT sales experience, a deep understanding of tech solutions, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and development sector.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract potential clients.Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their project requirements.Pitch Crestbell's services, including web and app development, compliance SaaS solutions, IT staffing solutions, and white-label IT services.Conduct market research to identify trends and potential leads.Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials.Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery.Use platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr to generate leads.Explore additional revenue channels such as IT staffing, resource augmentation, and managed IT services.
Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or related roles.Strong understanding of web development technologies such as React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms.Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
Compensation Structure:
For Full-Time BDM:
Competitive base salary with performance bonuses.For Commission-Based Sales Partner:
Attractive commission rates on successful deals. Flexible work hours and remote working options available.
Sales Targets & Milestones:First Month:
Achieve a minimum sales target of
INR 5 Lakhs
to build initial momentum.3-Month Goal:
Secure consistent revenue of
INR 8 Lakhs per month
.6-Month Goal:
Achieve the full sales target of
INR 10 Lakhs per month
consistently.Annual Goal:
Drive total sales of
INR 1.2 Crore
across various projects.
Commission-Based Partner Incentives:Additional bonuses for exceeding revenue milestones by
