Job Summary: The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing, processing, and disbursing Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct sales and connector channels. The role involves managing relationships with customers, connectors, and internal credit teams to ensure timely disbursements and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Source Home Loan and LAP business through connectors, DSAs, and direct customer acquisition. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and connectors. Manage end-to-end loan processing including login, documentation, credit coordination, and disbursement. Achieve assigned disbursement and revenue targets on a monthly basis. Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries throughout the loan lifecycle. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth and timely loan closures. Key Skills & Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in Home Loans and LAP sales and disbursements. Strong network of connectors/DSAs in the local market. Good knowledge of loan documentation, credit appraisal, and disbursement processes. Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. Target-driven with good market knowledge.
