We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team. Position Overview: The Customer Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role involves engaging with customers through calls and initial meetings, handling budget discussions, and driving the closing of deals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of interior design, and a proven ability to manage and close sales. Key Responsibilities: Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective and existing clients via phone and email to introduce Flow Interio’s services, understand their requirements, and schedule initial meetings. Initial Meetings: Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with clients to gather detailed information about their project needs, preferences, and budget considerations. Budget Management: Collaborate with clients to discuss and finalize project budgets, ensuring alignment with their expectations and Flow Interio’s pricing structures. Deal Closure: Guide clients through the decision-making process, address any concerns or objections, and work towards closing deals effectively and efficiently. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any post-sale issues or inquiries. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and deal closures. Provide regular reports to the sales team and management on performance metrics and client feedback. Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless transition from the sales phase to project execution, ensuring client satisfaction throughout. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred). At least 2 years of experience working in an interior design company, with a solid understanding of interior design principles, trends, and materials. Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role within the interior design industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and influence decision-making. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
