LOCATION : (THIRPPUR) 3 TO 4 YEARS EXPERINCE

Job Summary:

The Insurance Executive will handle all activities related to patient insurance claims, approvals, settlements, and documentation. The role involves coordinating between patients, doctors, and insurance providers to ensure smooth processing of claims and timely reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient insurance queries and guide them through claim processes.
  • Verify patient insurance documents and eligibility before treatment.
  • Liaise with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance companies for pre-authorization, approvals, and settlements.
  • Maintain accurate records of insurance claims, approvals, and rejections.
  • Coordinate with doctors and billing staff to prepare medical reports required for claims.
  • Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely payments from insurers.
  • Educate patients on insurance coverage, exclusions, and payment responsibilities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly insurance-related reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance regulations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of health insurance policies and TPA processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle patients with empathy and clarity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and hospital billing systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills.
