  • Process monthly payroll for all employees, including full-time, part-time, and contract staff.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in salary or benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other labor laws.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for payroll inputs and approvals.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and tax.
  • Generate payslips and payroll reports for management review.
  • Prepare and file payroll-related statutory returns and documentation.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary payroll data and reports.
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary changes.
