We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.  Job Description   This permanent, part - time opportunity offers hands on expeirence in the OSHC industy. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.  Service Location: Newly established with plenty of room for growth, Mt Cotton is a large set-up, pack-down service with a DOS and Program Manager in support as well as a  large roster of casuals who have great relationships with the 125 kids in the service. There is a strong emphasis on communication, attention to detail and team work.  You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: BSC: 6:30am-9:00amASC: 2:15pm-6:00pm ⭐The Role - Ready to Grow Your Leadership?   As the Second in Charge (2IC), you’ll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on the children, parents, and team. The Successful Candidate:    ✅ Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can train you ✅ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart✅ Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.✅You're a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.✅ Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.✅ Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN✅ Relevant Diploma  qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
