Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales (referred to as IS, further) Specialist located at our office in Vadodara. The IS Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, customer service, market research and Level 1 client communication. Their main objective will be to identify client needs and recommend solutions that align with client goals.
Pre-requisites and other key considerations
Experience of a minimum of 1 year working in lead generation, Client Service and market research
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and articulate solutions effectively
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks while achieving targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in the technology industry across global markets will be a strong plus
Excellent analytical skills to identify potential market opportunities and customer needs
