Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues regarding flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and other travel-related services.-

Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer queries and requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.-

Adhere to quality and performance standards while handling customer interactions to meet or exceed KPIs.-

Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.-

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.JOB DETAILS:- Post: Process Associate-

Shift timings: 24×7 Rotational (any 09-hour shift)-

Working Days: 05 Days (Rotational)-
