We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our growing team and take charge of optimizing our day-to-day operations. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth running of business processes, improving efficiency, and supporting overall organizational growth. Role Overview

The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that enhance productivity and accuracy. You will collaborate with various departments including finance, HR, sales, and administration to ensure all operations align with business goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily business functions across multiple departments.
  • Establish and maintain standards for productivity, accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Prepare annual performance reviews and evaluate existing processes for improvement.
  • Work with leadership to align operations with company strategy and goals.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth and innovation.
  • Implement systems to track performance metrics and report regularly to leadership.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or business management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
