Overview:

As a Business Development Manager specializing in interior industry sales, you will lead efforts to drive business growth and achieve sales targets within the bath interior and related sectors. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue. You will leverage your expertise in the interior industry to develop strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, and effectively manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:


Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the interior industry, specifically focusing on bath interiors and related segments.

Develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company objectives to penetrate target markets and maximize sales potential.

Lead Generation and Sales Pipeline Management:


Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities within the interior industry.

Qualify leads, prioritize opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects and opportunities.

Utilize CRM software to track leads, monitor sales activities, and forecast revenue projections accurately.

Client Relationship Management:


Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the bath interior and related industries.

Understand client needs, preferences, and project requirements to provide tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and recommendations to clients throughout the sales process.


Sales Target Achievement:

Set ambitious yet realistic sales targets and develop action plans to achieve and exceed them.

Execute sales strategies effectively, utilizing persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts.

Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and implement adjustments as necessary to drive results.

Product Knowledge and Presentation:


Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends relevant to bath interior and related segments.

Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the value proposition and differentiate offerings from competitors.

Collaboration and Teamwork:


Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales within the interior industry, preferably in bath interior or related segments.

Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.

Strong network and relationships within the interior industry, including with key decision-makers and influencers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
