Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Software Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for selling our proprietary Employee Management & Monitoring Software to businesses seeking to improve workforce productivity, attendance tracking, and overall operational efficiency.

This role requires excellent communication skills , a strong ability to understand client pain points, and a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibility:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, emails, and networking.
  • Conduct product demos to showcase the value and features of our software.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored software solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with product developments and industry trends.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or HR tech.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical software solutions in simple terms.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
