About the Role We’re looking for an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant – Service Logistics who combines technical precision with functional depth to drive successful Oracle Cloud SCM implementations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership — from business requirement mapping to configuration, testing, and go-live — and takes pride in delivering high-quality, scalable Service Logistics solutions. You’ll act as an individual contributor , collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of Oracle Fusion Service Logistics for global clients. Join us to shape the future of digital assurance and ERP innovation. What You’ll Do 1. Lead the end-to-end configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Service Logistics. 2. Configure each module component task by task , ensuring dependencies and prerequisites are identified and met. 3. Analyze and map business requirements to Oracle Service Logistics functionalities, delivering optimized process designs. 4. Prepare and maintain configuration workbooks , setup documentation, and dependency mapping. 5. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and extensions. 6. Work closely with functional and QA teams to conduct testing, troubleshoot issues , and validate configurations. 7. Provide end-user training and support during UAT and post–go-live phases. 8. Contribute to best practice frameworks for Service Logistics implementation and ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud standards. What We’re Looking For 1. 5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementation , with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in Service Logistics . 2. Strong functional expertise in the Service Logistics module , including setup, configuration, and integration. 3. Hands-on experience in: > Service Request Management > Work Order Management > Parts Reservation & Fulfillment Depot Repair A. Pricing & Billing for Service Orders B. Deep understanding of configuration dependencies, task sequencing, and module prerequisites . C. Familiarity with related modules like Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement for integration touchpoints. D. Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. E. Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills. Bonus Points If You Have 1. Oracle SCM Cloud certification in Service Logistics. 2. Experience with test automation platforms such as Opkey , Oracle ATS, or Selenium. 3. Knowledge of best practices for Oracle Cloud implementation and project lifecycle management. 4. Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies . Why You’ll Love Working Here 1.
