Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an India Sales Marketing Manager for aerosol fire extinguishing systems. The India Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing network of distributors in India and the day-to-day tasks associated with sales and marketing in the India market. This includes developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, , distributor network design and agreements, follow up with distributors, supervision of local marketing activities and for sure achieving sales target. The India Sales Marketing Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with the global sales and marketing teams. Financial compensation includes badic benefits and sales bonus.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing experience in the India market for minimum of 10 years. With at least 4 years in management position in national or regional sales
- Experience in the safety and fire fighting industry is essential
- Strong knowledge of the India market and customer behavior
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and managing distributor network
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
