Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Lead located in Mumbai. The Pre Sales Lead will be responsible for managing pre-sales activities, engaging with potential clients, and developing tailored security solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting customer presentations, preparing proposals, providing technical support during the sales process, and leading training sessions for both clients and internal teams. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team to ensure seamless client onboarding and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions and providing technical support
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or IT industry is a plus
