Network and engage with potential driver candidates through various channels. 3. Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates to keep them informed about the recruitment process.  4. Contact candidates to explain the job profile, requirements, and gather additional information as needed.  5. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring alignment of availability.  6. Provide accurate and clear information about the company, job role, and expectations to candidates.  7. Follow up with candidates to ensure their preparedness for interviews and address any queries or concerns they may have. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person). Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
