The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a non-IT background, with a strong passion for recruitment. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and on boarding candidates for various roles in our organisation.. Job Responsibility ·Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.) ·Conduct initial screenings and short listing of candidates based on job requirements. ·Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. ·Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records. ·Provide feedback to candidates and support them through the hiring process. ·Ensure a smooth on boarding process for new hires. ·Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to meet recruitment needs. Skills and Qualifications: ·Experience: Proven experience in recruitment (non-IT background preferred). ·Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
