Position : Implementation Consultant

Position Overview : As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead the solutioning and roll-outs of BlueKaktus supply chain applications for enterprise clients in India and overseas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams from BlueKaktus (Implementation and Delivery Consultants) and clients to discover, define, and deliver outcome-based, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Subject Matter Expert :

    • Act as a subject-matter expert in terms of domain, product, and processes.
    • Serve as a liaison with clients to deliver solutions.
    • Conduct business analyses and provide product & implementation expertise to clients on best practices for using our solutions.
  • Requirements Baselining & Solutioning :

    • Engage deeply with clients to understand their business & functional requirements (current and future) and conduct solution-mapping sessions.
    • Compile and finalize requirements specifications or business & functional blueprint documents, ensuring alignment across Client, Product, Pre-Sales, etc.
    • Drive application configuration as per defined processes, workflows, and data.
    • Define & manage system integrations and customizations in collaboration with Product & Tech teams.
  • Project Management & Delivery :

    • Align project plans with detailed timelines, responsibilities, milestones, and review schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Participate in steering committee and review meetings to drive decisions and escalate issues for effective roll-out.
    • Provide regular project progress updates, highlighting key concerns/issues.
    • Conduct user-review/testing sessions, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
    • Secure timely consensus and milestone sign-offs from authorized client stakeholders.
    • Facilitate training sessions and resource allocation to empower clients to maximize the platform's potential.
    • Ensure successful delivery of functional and technical components of the solution, maintaining high customer satisfaction and proactive management of client challenges.
  • Stakeholder Management :

    • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to collaborate on projects.
    • Drive change management through empathy, education, and vision for successful adoption.
    • Serve as the primary contact for problem-solving and troubleshooting.

Key Performance Indicators :

  • On-time, effective, and within budget Go-Live of implementations.
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) or Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) of delivery.

Qualifications/Profile :

  • Management Consulting experience (project-managing, client-facing, team-managing role): 1-2 years - Must
  • Supply chain domain experience: Must
  • Project Management: Must
  • SaaS experience: Desirable
  • Industry experience in Retail/Fashion & Lifestyle: Desirable
  • MBA from Tier 1 institutes: Desirable
