Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM / Sales professional located in Agra. The role involves managing customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer support. The professional will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, tracking performance metrics, and managing projects to improve customer satisfaction. Regular interaction with clients and maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions will be essential duties.
