About the Role:
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing fee collections, ensuring timely

recording of transactions in accounting systems, handling statutory compliance and audit

requirements, and providing financial-related support to parents and school management.

The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Fee Tracking & Collections

Monitor, track, and ensure timely collection of all types of school fees (tuition, transport,

activity, etc.).

Follow up with parents for pending or overdue payments.

Issue receipts and maintain proper documentation.

Systems & Reporting

 Update fee collections and transactions promptly and accurately in ERP and Tally.

 Generate and submit regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to management.

 Reconcile fee registers with system records to ensure accuracy.

Statutory Compliance & Audit

 Support statutory compliance by maintaining proper financial records related to fee

management, GST/TDS (if applicable), and other regulations.

 Assist in preparing and coordinating for audits, ensuring timely submission of

required audit reports and schedules.

Parent Interaction & Support

 Clarify queries from parents regarding fee structure, due dates, payment options,

and related policies.

 Provide orientation to new parents regarding the school's fee payment process.

 Maintain a courteous and professional approach when handling queries.

Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday (as per school timings)
Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 CTC
