JobPurpose:Tounderstand and offer services and products of the bank to corporatesalary customers and ensure that all the processes as laid out bythe bank are followed properly without any deviations under theguidance and supervision of the supervisor as per the expectationsof the bank and its constituentsJobResponsibilities:AcquisitionTogenerate new corporate relationship (COCOs)

Toconduct regular activities in corporates /ATM s for leadgeneration

Togenerate cross sales of various liability/assetproducts

Acquiringnew customers who meet product criteria

Marketpenetration:Toincrease salary penetration of bank s share in corporates havingmultiple bankingrelationships

Deepeningof the salary relationship new account acquisition and value buildup in existingaccounts

Customerservice:Tounderstand the offer/arrangement made to the Corporate by thebank

Toidentify and resolve service issues of theCorporate

Toensure that all accounts signed up with the corporate gets salarycredits

Servicingall financial needs of the flaggedcustomer

Customerengagement:Ensureeach corporate has positiveprofitability

Ensurecontact with key people at thecorporate

100%Portfolio Corporates to be visited in person in every 2 months.

CrossSales:Sellingall products to the relationship core and crosssell

Operations&Digitalisation:Tomaintain call reports and MIS asrequired

Ensurethat all corporates are migrated on to Enet salary uploadsystem

KeySkills:CorporateSales and InfluencingSkills

Excellentskill in RelationshipManagement

BankingProduct & ProcessKnowledge

Planningand OrganizingSkills

Communication

Knowledgeof Competition & Current trends in financialIndustry.
