Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Design Lead to join our team and drive the design direction of our products and services. As the UX Design Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience strategy and ensuring that our digital products meet the needs and expectations of our users.Responsibilities:

1. Lead the UX design process from concept to delivery, including user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and prioritize design initiatives.3. Mentor and guide junior members of the design team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX design, technology, and user behavior, and incorporate them into our design process.5. Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the importance of usability and accessibility in all aspects of our products.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field. Master's degree preferred.2. 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of leading design initiatives and delivering successful projects.3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and present ideas effectively to stakeholders.4. Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.5. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and interaction design best practices.6. Extensive experience with UX research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, usability studies, and persona development.7. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
