Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Lucknow. The Customer Support Executive will manage daily customer interactions through online support channels, resolve technical support issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining a high level of customer support.
