Job Title: Apprentice (Human Resources)Location: Gurgaon, PuneDepartment: HRStipend – 15k/month for a yearWorking hours: 3PM – 12AM IST | 5 days working from officeJob overview:Key responsibilities:- Support the on-boarding process by preparing employee documentation, organising orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.- Assist with maintaining and updating employee records in HR software.- Assist with organising employee training and development sessions.- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.- Assist with processing payroll data with accuracy.- Preparing the HR communication – Fyler for Birthday / Work Anniversary / Festivities.- Prepare reports on HR metrics and assist in HR analytics.- Support with addressing employee inquiries and assist in resolving basic HR-related issues.- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and preparing documentation.- Support HR projects and initiatives as necessary.Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- A keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- High attention to detail and organisational skills.- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.Company Profile:Stratacent is a Global IT Consulting and Services firm, headquartered in Jersey City, NJ, with global delivery centres in Pune and Gurugram plus offices in USA, London, Canada and South Africa.
