About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with a background in courier, cargo, or logistics to manage customer interactions, shipment documentation, and operational support. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel to ensure smooth customer service and back-end operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, address queries, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with customers via phone and email regarding shipment status, document requirements, and follow-ups.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely resolution/escalation of complex issues.
Operations Support:
- POD Upload & Updation: Ensure timely uploading and updating of Proof of Delivery documents in the system or as per client requirements.
- LR Generation: Generate accurate Lorry Receipts (LRs) based on dispatch and shipment details, ensuring proper documentation.
- Data Entry & Excel Management: Update customer and shipment data using Excel; ability to work with formulas, data sorting, and prepare reports.
- Record Keeping: Maintain systematic records of communications, deliveries, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Above 12th pass can apply.
- 1 – 3 years of prior experience in logistics, courier, or cargo industry is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, reporting, formulas, sorting).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Comfortable with 6 days working (Day Shift).
