Client Success Manager

Position : Client Success ManagerLocation : MumbaiReporting to : Regional Head – Client Success
Responsibilities:Develop and manage clients portfoliosSustain business growth and profitability by maximizing valueBe the bridge and the only source of the information exchange between the client and the organizationAnalyze customer data to improve customer experienceHold product demonstrations for customersEvaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructureHandle and resolve customer requests and complaintsEnsure client satisfaction and retentionCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams seamlessly to achieve customer satisfactionMinimize customer churnAid in product design and development
The successful applicant:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is mustMBA graduate/Masters pursuing from any university/business school/ top collegeExcellent communication and presentation skillsProject Management Ability and a Proactive ApproachShould be open and to work in the field for in-person client meetings/events
