Responsibilities
Strategy Development
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive performance marketin strategies aligned with business goals in various channels like Meta, Google, Criteo, DV360, Snapchat & Affiliates.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable objectives for campaigns.
Campaign Management
Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, such as PPC (Pay-Per-Click), display advertising, social media advertising, and more
Monitor campaign performance in real-time and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
Budget Management
Develop and manage budgets for performance marketing campaigns.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
Generate regular reports with key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize landing pages and website elements for better conversion rates.
Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
Audience Targeting
Define and refine target audience segments based on data and insights.
Utilize audience targeting capabilities in advertising platforms to reach specific demographics.
Ad Copy and Creative Development
Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
Ensure consistency in messaging across different channels.
Ad Platform Management
Stay updated on changes and features of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Implement best practices and leverage platform features to enhance campaign performance.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
Coordinate with other marketing teams, such as content marketing and SEO, to ensure cohesive and integrated strategies.
