Performance Marketer


Experience: 4 to 6 Years


JOB LOCATION : Remote/Bangalore


Qualification: MBA, Bachelor's degree in related fields.


Roles & Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels such as 

   PPC, SEM, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.

● Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns from conception to execution, including budget 

   allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

● Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor activity, and identify opportunities to improve campaign 

   performance and drive cost-effective customer acquisition.

● Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion 

   rates, using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.

● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

● Generate regular reports to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide insights for

   optimization and strategic decision-making. 

● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing 

   to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

● Conduct A/B Testing and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, targeting parameters, and other 

   campaign elements to maximize performance and user experience.

● Stay abreast of changes in digital advertising platforms, algorithms, and policies to ensure compliance 

   and adapt strategies accordingly.


What you need, to be successful

Must have skills:

● MBA, Bachelor’s degree in related field.

● Proven experience in performance marketing, growth marketing in IT services company

● Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn 

   Ads, etc.

● Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics,

● Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

● Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving KPI.
