Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services. They play a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  1. Social Media Management:
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written, and audio) across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales.
  1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing):
  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve ranking.
  • Conduct keyword research and integrate it into the content strategy.
  1. Content Marketing:
  • Develop engaging content for articles, blogs, social media, and the company website.
  1. Email Marketing:
  • Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Analyze digital marketing data and prepare performance reports to provide actionable insights.
  1. Manage and Maintain the Company Website:
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, and email campaigns.
  • Knowledge of web design and development.
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
