Job Summary
As a Manager of partnerships, you will be in the forefront of all conversations with the outside ecosystem partners. These conversations will be based on a singular rule, bringing growth for a specific KPI of the organization. Be it a tactical solution or a long term strategic partnership, you will be responsible from initiation to closure.
Job Responsibilities
● Sourcing new partnerships, both B2B & B2C, and growing the existing accounts to achieve the month-on-month Revenue plans
● Ensuring a steady pipeline for payment partnerships that add value to the current pricing / discounting strategy. This will be a target driven KPI.
● Work with the product team to ensure a robust payment ecosystem for Rapido users & Captains.
● To work on conceptualizing and executing visibility campaigns with Brand partners across FMCG, BFSI , F&B etc
● Working closely with product & data teams, to experiment and launch / improve the current set of features
● Keep a track on metrics to measure ROI from partnerships
● Monitoring the data and its sanity to ensure that all the KPI’s are being met
● Ideate, own and execute growth experiments which have the potential to grow and take shape of pan india campaigns / channels of acquisition
Job Requirements
● MBA from a tier 1 college.
● Relevant industry experience of at least 3-5 years.
● Experience in handling CXO level conversations.
● Market connects and active relationships with Industry leaders.
● A fair understanding of the Partnerships ecosystem and know how of things.
● Fair understanding of the evolving Payments ecosystem and how to leverage it for Rapido’s growth story.
● Good understanding of product and marketing objectives and ability to translate the same in all communication channels
● Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
● Basic know how of MS excel.
