Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and leading various HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance and policy development.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Expertise in HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance and policy development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective HR strategies and programs
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in the manufacturing or construction industry, certification in HR management, and proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
