Manager Customer Success is responsible forAzure O365 Cyber Security Cloud Telephony and SecureNetwork as a Service products in dedicated existingaccounts working closely with Channel Partners and Sales teams bygenerating New Business cross selling and Upselling.

Qualification& Experience
  • Should be able to do capability presentation tocustomer and Understand IT footprint of customer as well as providebusiness solutions to thecustomer.
  • Abilityto gain a 360degree overview of the customer business landscapeduring customer conversation and bridge the gap by navigatingcustomer conversation with TTL offering and increase EnterpriseProduct per Customer.
  • TechnoCommercial Solution selling exposure and ability to bridge betweenthe Solution Architect andSales
  • TotalExperience of 6 8 years would be preferred ideally selling Azuresolutions or SDWAN Services.
  • Commercial Acumen experience in Cross Selling & UpsellingConsultative Selling preferrable with Engineering degree fromreputed university
  • Candidateswho have cleared AZ 104 AZ 700 NSE4 certificates arepreferred.
  • Should have drive for results andflair for Solution Sales
  • Proven leadershipskills and confidence to do Sr Leadership meetings with Customer.
  • Excellent Techno Commercial skills andability to public speaking and do workshops for customers.
