We are now seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and drive sales growth.

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to promote our rice products. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and market awareness, especially in the food and agricultural commodities sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote rice products domestically and internationally.
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with engaging and relevant content.
  • Run and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns to increase product visibility and leads.
  • Oversee SEO and website content to improve organic reach and search rankings.
  • Create product-focused content including images, videos, infographics, and blogs

tailored to target markets.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns for distributors, wholesalers, and direct

consumers.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on digital marketing trends in the FMCG and agricultural sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in FMCG, agriculture, or food

industry).

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other

digital tools.

  • Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns at once.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in export marketing for agricultural products.
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies for commodities.
  • Knowledge of international market trends in rice trade.
