Job Description – Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, driving brand visibility, and generating leads through effective digital campaigns. This role requires expertise in SEO, social media management, digital marketing strategies, photography, and ad design.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking, organic traffic, and online visibility

Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging content, stories, reels, and campaigns

Create visually appealing ad designs, graphics, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines

Conduct product and lifestyle photography/videography for social media, website, and promotional use

Monitor analytics, measure campaign performance, and prepare monthly reports

Research digital trends and competitors to bring innovative marketing ideas

Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with sales and business goals

Desired Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Management

Strong skills in photography, photo editing, and ad/graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, etc.)

Knowledge of online marketing tools, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)

Creative mindset with strong communication and storytelling abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field preferred
