Role: SAP HR Consultant - SAP Payroll (US/Canada) Location: Hyderabad|Mumbai|Bengaluru|Gurugram|Chennai|Pune|Kolkata  Exp: 6 - 9 Years Hybrid role Requirements We are looking for a seasoned SAP HR professional with 6–8 years of hands-on experience, particularly in supporting and enhancing SAP HR modules with a strong focus on Canada Payroll and Benefits. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge, support project experience, and a collaborative mindset to drive operational excellence and compliance in HR systems. Key Responsibilities General Responsibilities • Provide functional support for SAP HR modules, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests in line with SLA commitments. • Manage product release cycles, including HRSPs, payroll/time calendar updates, and year-end activities. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a virtual environment to manage expectations and deliver high-quality solutions. • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and manage tasks using tools like Jira. • Utilize data comparison tools to validate large volumes of employee records efficiently. Functional Responsibilities • Partner with client success teams to translate business needs into scalable SAP HR configurations and procedures. • Enhance and maintain business intelligence platforms to improve HR analytics and reporting. • Streamline data consolidation and reporting processes for HR operations. • Identify optimization opportunities aligned with the product roadmap and evolving business needs. SAP HR Expertise Core HR (Organizational Management / Personnel Administration) • Design and implement Personnel Actions and Dynamic Actions. • Create and maintain OM objects and relationships. • Interpret and troubleshoot reporting structures (Org-to-Org, Org-to-Position).
