Key Requirements and Roles of Sales Consultant:Consulting prospective customers looking for home interiors via call/ in person meetings into high potential clients by high level engagement, building brand trust by sharing UL Home Interiors USPs, understanding their requirements to the granular level details and driving conversions by ensuring Customer books for their Interior fitout with Urban Interiors.Identify customers' home interior needs and requirements by prospecting and asking the right questions, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.Probing customers by understanding minutest details, Customer profile, budget expectation,design taste, any specific requirements to a theme.Driving conversions of prospective Customers into high potential leads for Interior Designers,by following a consultative selling approach.Possess ability to convert 1st customer interactions into bookings by building high rapport over first call with prospective clients, building the brand trust by passing on the right message, brand USPs, product offerings.Manage a large number of customer calls and discussions in a timely manner.Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise and contribute to revenue increase.Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask and fixing up for the next meeting, handlecustomer concerns leading to customer satisfaction.Apply a superlative customer experience attitude to all interactions. Be able to establish apositive rapport.Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal andexternal customers.
