Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Interior Design Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our residential interior design services. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, present design solutions, and guide them through the entire design process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Consultation: Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients' needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Design Presentation: Collaborate with our design team to create and present design proposals that align with client expectations.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with clients and designers to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
  • Follow-Up: Provide exceptional post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the interior design industry, with a focus on residential projects.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in design software is a plus.
  • Customer-Oriented: Passionate about design with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Self-Motivated: Goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
