Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Chattels Design in Bengaluru. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in promoting our interior design services, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales presentations and meetings to effectively communicate the value of Chattels Design services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their interior design needs and expectations.
  • Negotiate terms of contracts and agreements to ensure profitable sales while meeting client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless project execution and fulfillment of client design aspirations.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM systems to provide insights for strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales with at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and effectively communicate the value of our design services to potential clients.
  • Exceptional cold calling abilities to reach out to new prospects and generate interest in our home transformation services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts and build rapport with clients.
  • Understanding of interior design principles to align sales strategies with client needs and design aspirations.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service and support.
  • Preparedness to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage client interactions and track sales performance.
