Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week. About the Role Hinge Health is looking for a hard-working Contract Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will assume a wide range of responsibilities, including the opportunity to work cross functionally with stakeholders such as Legal, Sales, CS, and Finance. We are looking for someone with a solid work ethic, impeccable attention to detail, tech savvy, and experienced with contract management. Hinge Health is a fast-paced company so our Contract Analyst will need to manage multiple priorities, work independently and be proactive. This role is critical to the pace at which the commercial team is able to close deals to meet quota. This role will directly impact the quality of data being passed to other operational teams. The Contract Analyst will be responsible for reviewing all commercial terms within our Master Service Agreements. A crucial step in closing deals, and imperative to accuracy of data, and billing/client configuration.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

Complete contract and commercial terms review in a timely manner to prevent a backlog of signed contracts Ensure that all Quotes and nuanced deals are properly recorded and input into workflows to Ironclad, and back to Salesforce Manage workflow for contract review process, beginning with receipt of requests for contract generation through routing for signatures and final distribution Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review, acting as a key contact for the legal department by providing guidance on commonly requested edits, non-standard terms, policies, questions, etc Route and track high volumes of contracts for e-signatures

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Contract literacy (ability to comprehend and analyze contracts and understand the legal implications and obligations for the parties involved) Strong technical skills and the ability to work with a variety of software applications (, Salesforce, Ironclad, DocuSign, Slack, Salesforce Cases, Google docs, etc.) Detail oriented, meticulous and strong organizational skill

Addresses new situations using critical thinking and independent judgment Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, shift focus, adapt to changing priorities, maintain patience in high pressure situations and take initiative where appropriate Courteous, flexible, highly organized, competent, reliable and proactive  Open, honest and thoughtful in communications with all partners – legal colleagues, management, customers and others Demonstrates enthusiasm for solving problems and adding value to the company Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods of business, such as quarter-end and year-end Committed to his or her personal growth and development by actively seeking feedback and responding with action
