Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Executive , located in Hyderabad and Navi Mumbai. The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales within their assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, attending client meetings, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and pitch NoBrokerHood solutions to gated communities, RWAs, and society associations.

  • Conduct on-field visits, product demos, and presentations to decision-makers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with society management committees and housing associations.

  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of societies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth implementation and after-sales support.

  • Conduct promotional activities and participate in society meetings/events to increase brand visibility.

  • Track sales performance, submit reports, and achieve assigned revenue targets.

  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and provide market feedback.

  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1 - 5 years of proven field sales experience (preferably in B2C/B2B sales, real estate, or tech solutions).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Should be proficient in English and Hindi ( knowing regional language is a plus ).

  • Ability to independently drive sales and manage territory performance.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.

  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (for field mobility).
