Job Title: Business Associate - Partnerships Team
Location: Bangalore
Role Overview: As a Business Associate in the Partnerships Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate the growth and expansion of our business. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with potential partners across various industries. Your goal will be to establish mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance our product offerings, reach new markets, and assist in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives and target markets.
Develop a deep understanding of partner needs, pain points, and business objectives to tailor partnership proposals and value propositions.
Initiate and lead discussions with potential partners, including initial outreach & relationship building.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, marketing, sales, and finance, to assess partnership feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Assist in driving partnership execution and implementation, including program management, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
Monitor and track partnership performance and KPIs, analysing data to identify areas for optimization and improvement as per trends.
Serve as a primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive partner experience.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging partnership opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and partnership strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA or relevant master's degree preferred).
Min. 0-2 years of experience in business development, Insurance, partnerships, sales, or related roles, preferably in the technology, SaaS, Insurance or fintech.
Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing partnership deals that drive business growth and revenue.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive insights to inform partnership strategy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and foster strong relationships with partners.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute partnership plans that align with business objectives and drive results.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and CRM software (Lead squared) preferred.
