Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager with over three years of experience to join our

team at IZI. The ideal candidate will have completed their articleship and possess a strong understanding of

compliance for private limited companies, as well as hands-on experience with bookkeeping. This role will

involve developing financial operations structures, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights

to support our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

 Financial Operations Development: Develop and implement key structures for financial operations,

ensuring alignment with accounting best practices.

 Monthly Reporting and Compliance: Establish systems for monthly financial reporting and ensure

compliance with industry standards and regulations.

 Collaboration with Auditors: Collaborate with external auditors throughout the year, maintaining key

financial reports and ensuring transparency in financial practices.

 Financial Analysis and Reporting: Perform month-end processes, including MIS reporting, data

analysis, variance analysis, and preparation of budgets and forecasts.

 Financial Modeling: Create and maintain various financial models, including cash flow projections,

discounted cash flow (DCF), net present value (NPV), profit/loss statements, capital asset pricing model

(CAPM), payback analysis, cost-benefit analysis (CBA), business valuation, equity analysis, and investor

decks.

 Market and Industry Analysis: Conduct market and industry analysis to extract critical data from

financial statements and support business planning efforts.

 Presentation Preparation: Prepare presentations, investor decks, process models, specifications,

diagrams, and flowcharts for internal and external stakeholders.

 Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making

within the organization.

 Stakeholder Communication: Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and

produce comprehensive reports that support financial planning and operational efficiency.
