Job Description: IZI is looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our ecommerce operations across multiple platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and others. This role involves analyzing reports, managing product listings, auditing advertising campaigns, and providing actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Amazon Reports Analysis – Review various Amazon reports (returns, orders, reimbursements, etc.) and analyze trends against previous months’ sales.

2. International Portal Exposure – Work with international ecommerce portals to optimize global operations.

3. Advertising Audit – Audit campaigns on Amazon (India, UAE, US) and Flipkart, optimize keywords, and recommend improvements.

4. VOC/SCRR Study – Analyze Voice of Customer and Seller Customer Return Rate reports, providing actionable recommendations.

5. Top Products Audit – Audit and optimize listings for top-performing products.

6. Account Management – Oversee and optimize operations on Amazon.com and Amazon.ae.

7. Progress Tracker & Competitor Analysis – Maintain a daily progress tracker and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

8. Sales Report Analysis – Review sales reports from Appario, Flipkart Alpha, and other platforms.

9. Reconciliation – Review monthly reports for inventory, referral fees, and claims.

10. Product Line & Catalog Management – Ensure the product catalogue and company profile are accurate and up-to-date.

11. Sales Trend Analysis – Analyze monthly sales trends, SKU-wise and channel-wise, and provide insights.

12. Platform Review – Understand operations across multiple platforms like Jiomart, Firstcry, Meesho, etc
