Role Description

We're seeking a talented Human Resource Business Partner to join the vibrant team at Astra Security. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, preparing payroll and overseeing performance management processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Policies, Human Resources (HR), Payroll Preparation and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Skills in Performance Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the technology, SaaS or cybersecurity industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

You’d be a great fit if you have 

  • A proven experience as a HR BP for at least 3 years
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build a rapport with your colleagues
  • Ability to manage all stakeholder
  • Inclination to kickstart initiatives, and see them through completion
