Revenue Manager

Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize P&L (RevPAR and CoS) along with the dispersion of demand (making sure all units are achieving their monthly target), for a given portfolio of inventory (Segment)
Drive topline & margins through pricing, inventory controls & channel mix management
Effectively manage rates and inventory & develop an overall strategy for the category (for all distribution channels including Web, OTA, B2B, Assisted sales, Local Sales & TA)
Clearly communicate strategic vision and objectives to all Sales channels on how to drive revenues and improve performance
Liaison with the local team to understand the market specifics strategies and ensure effective pricing strategies are in place to reflect product strength relative to the competition and market conditions
Requirements
Should have minimum 4-5 years experience with a known hospitality brand as a Cluster Revenue Manager/Category Management/Segment Revenue Manager
Strong interpersonal skills are essential as the category revenue manager will need to work as part of a team, as well as build relationships with key stakeholders from various departments.
He/She should be able to develop proposals, present them to key stakeholders, and explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner to hotel partners and within Treebo
Should be comfortable working with data and have the ability to utilize data to develop an understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
Expertise in MS Office is a must
Should be open for frequent travel across the assigned Tier/Territory
Must have led a small team in prior stints though this role is majorly an individual contributor role
