Responsibilities:

An avid digital marketeer and technology enthusiast whose goal will be to drive new user growth, user engagement and cross sell.Develop and execute below-the-line (BTL) digital marketing strategies to generate high-value leads and boost customer acquisition.Create and manage strategic performance marketing campaigns across various online channels (Google App Store, Google AdWords, Display, Facebook, etc.) aimed at scaling business generation through high-quality leads.Optimize SEO efforts to enhance organic traffic and increase Propelld's visibility in key markets.Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and ensure consistent lead generation growth.Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and support Propelld's growth targets.Prepare for future scalability by implementing long-term growth strategies to enhance business impact.

These are the core competencies this role calls for:

2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, business growth, and business generation.Track record of scaling lead generation from 20-50 crores or beyond.Prior experience in fintech, lending, or NBFC companies is strongly preferred.Strong analytical abilities to track and improve campaign performance with a focus on business outcomes.Expertise in SEO, performance marketing, and lead generation across multiple platforms.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and performance tracking platforms.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Results-driven mentalityA "roll up your sleeves" mentalityWillingness to go the extra mile

These qualifications are nice to have: Graduate from IIT/IIM/ISB/BITS preferred.
